01Zero-Persistence Processing
By using Kambin, you acknowledge that your documents are processed in ephemeral, isolated environments. We adhere to a strict Zero-Persistence Mandate: your files are ingested, analyzed, and fixed in memory, then recursively deleted (cryptographically shredded) within milliseconds of task completion. No data lakes, no persistent storage.
02Intellectual Property Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of your original PowerPoint files and all resulting optimized outputs. Kambin acts purely as a transient processing layer. We do not claim any rights to your content, strategy, or visual assets.
03No-Training Guarantee
Your data is your IP. Kambin utilizes enterprise-tier API agreements that legally prohibit our subprocessors from using your document content for model training. Your proprietary information stays within your control.
04Human-in-the-Loop Control
Kambin provides formatting suggestions based on professional standards and automated review — following a four-step process: Upload → Analyze → Review → Apply. The final application of any fix is a user-initiated action. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all suggested changes before they are committed to your final presentation.
